I have tried bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off but after that when I power on a VM I instantly get BSOD with SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. My host is running Windows 10 Pro 21H2 19044.1645. ![]() I tried the versions 15.5.7, 16.0.0 and 16.2.3, same issue on the three versions. I have another vm running FreeBSD, it's the only one that works, my bet is, it doesn't depend on 3D graphics, but on the windows vm's even disabling them, the issue persists. The new ones, the windows installation process goes smoothly, and when it reaches "Please wait" the issues start, it keeps flickering and stays there indefinitely. Also tried booting in safe mode, same issue. The existing ones just get stuck at login screen, I login, the screen goes black and goes back to login, and is like 4:3 800圆00, with vmware tools previously installed. ![]() New and pre-existing virtual machines running Windows 10 or 11 can't boot. I'm facing a problem with VMware Workstation 16 Pro.
